Mike Jud
Mike Jud founded Jud Real Estate in 2026 to rebuild old houses in northern Portugal and sell them ready to move into.
The first project comprises four houses on Rua da Lage in Vizela, in the district of Braga, near Guimarães. Mike Jud follows every project from the purchase of the property to the key handover and works with an architecture studio, local builders and the agency Credibilidade.
Jud Real Estate is a property investor and sells only its own properties. Sales are handled by Credibilidade, an agency with AMI licence no. 27299.

We want to grow project by project in northern Portugal. Each project starts with an empty property and ends with houses that people live in.
That is why we publish the layout and area of every house and explain what the works include before any reservation.
