Jud Real Estate respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, for which purposes, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The Portuguese version of this policy is the legally binding one.

2. Data we process
When you contact us through the form, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp, we process the data you give us:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- House or subject of interest and purpose (own home or investment)
- Content of your message
Messages sent through the form are received via the Netlify form service, stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our mailbox. If you tick the corresponding box, we also record your request to receive information about new projects.
When you visit the website, the server logs technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access and your browser type. These logs are used only to run and secure the website. We do not use analytics tools or advertising pixels.

4. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of your consent for information about new projects (Article 6(1)(a)) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Where needed to follow up on a price enquiry, viewing or purchase, we share your data with our sales partner Credibilidade, real estate agency (consultant Hernani Teixeira).
6. Hosting and external services
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website, receives and stores contact form messages and logs the technical access data described in section 2.
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) hosts the mailbox for info@judrealestate.com. Messages are forwarded to a Google (Gmail) account.
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) only receive data if you click the relevant links. From then on, the policies of those platforms apply.
Switzerland is recognised by the European Union as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of these providers are based in the United States. Data transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to answer your request or while there is an active relationship. Data relating to a purchase is kept for the periods required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: know which data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data
- Restriction and objection: restrict or object to processing
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect
To exercise these rights, write to info@judrealestate.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any data in your browser. The font is loaded from this website, without connecting to external services.
10. Security
The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
11. Supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): www.cnpd.pt
