We do not do partial renovations and we do not sell unrenovated properties. Every house goes through complete works, from the structure to the finishes.

We buy old houses and small buildings in northern Portugal that are vacant or need a full rebuild.
Rebuild
Thermal windows, new electrical wiring and plumbing, fitted kitchen, air conditioning pre-installation.
Sell
Sales are handled by Credibilidade, with support up to the deed.
Add value
Flooring, bathroom and kitchen are chosen by the buyer during the works.

New wiring and fuse box, with certified materials.
New plumbing
Hot water, cold water and drainage replaced.
Fitted kitchen
Units, worktop and water and power connections.
Air conditioning pre-installation
Pipes and power points already installed. The units are not included and can be fitted later.
New bathroom
New sanitary ware and tiles, chosen with the buyer.
New flooring
Throughout the living area, chosen with the buyer.
Built-in wardrobes
Fitted in the bedrooms.
Interior and exterior painting
Walls, ceilings and facades.
